Control Asian Citrus Psyllid Using Low Volume Sprayers
Apply Sevin® XLR Plus using a low volume sprayer for maximum effectiveness against Asian Citrus Psyllid. Thorough and uniform spray coverage is essential for effective control.
Using SEVIN XLR Plus in an Asian Citrus Psyllid program introduces an IRAC** SubGroup 1A insecticide (carbamate) into a rotation with insecticides of different modes of action.

Follow all applicable directions, restrictions, Worker Protection Standard requirements, and precautions on the EPA registered label.

Use the lower rate on light to moderate infestations, young trees and early instar nymphs and use the higher rate on heavy infestations, mature trees, advanced instar nymphs and adults. Thorough and uniform spray coverage is essential for effective control.
Restrictions and Precautions: Citrus Fruits
- OBSERVE BEE CAUTION
- For ground application: Apply in sufficient volume for adequate coverage.
- For aerial application: Use at least 10 gallons of spray mixture per acre for adequate distribution.
- Do not apply within 5 days of harvest.
- Do not apply more than a total of 20 quarts per acre per crop.
