NovaSource Announces Staff Promotions and New Office of North American Operations

Phoenix, Ariz. – March 16, 2015 – NovaSource, the crop protection business unit of Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI), announces several promotions and role changes among its staff that reflect continuing growth and the creation of a new Office of North American Operations.

Bob Gestring has accepted the position of Director of Sales, North America and Kyle Coleman has accepted a promotion to the role of Marketing Director, North America.

These changes are part of the company creating an Office of North American Operations. In addition to Gestring and Coleman leading North American operations, NovaSource veteran Donnie Wadsworth will focus his efforts with North American strategic accounts.

Mike DeRiso, Vice President of Marketing and Development, will devote his efforts toward global product management strategies, acquisitions and other growth opportunities for the company.

Gestring has served as a Regional Manager for Canada, and midwestern and northeastern areas in the U.S. as a member of the NovaSource team since 2007. He had previous crop protection experience in roles with Monsanto, Novartis and Albaugh, Inc. Gestring holds a Bachelors of Science degree in agribusiness and political science from the University of Nebraska.

Coleman joined NovaSource in 2011 as a Regional Manager and Product Manager in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to working for NovaSource, he served in a variety of roles at Amvac Chemical Corporation and Dow AgroSciences. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in business from Utah State University.

The company plans to fill the Regional Manager positions vacated by Gestring and Coleman.

DeRiso joined NovaSource when the business was formed in 2005. Wadsworth has been a member of the NovaSource team since 2006.

Outside of North America, NovaSource will continue providing its line of legacy crop protection products to 46 countries worldwide through its International group, which is also expanding.
